We will accept returns of DIVATime jewelry for any reason, but please ask questions before purchasing, email us at sales@divatime.com.
If you are not HAPPY with your purchase, notify us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your shipment; and return your item(s) insured. We will not accept returns after 7 days of the delivery confirmation date unless you have contacted us to in advance. The replacement cost of items damaged in shipping on goods returned uninsured will be deducted from the refund. We only refund the purchase price, not your shipping cost. We will refund your money or credit your card within 30 days. Thank You!
Free Shipping
Shipping and handling is free of charge to addresses within the USA 50 states. Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. Most items ship out within 24-48 hours of confirmed payment. For RUSH deliveries, go to Contact Us and email us to arrange alternative shipping. Sending it as a gift to another address? Repair Service
There no charge for repairs to your item within 30 days from date of purchase on the webstore, subsequent restringing of your item will be subject to a small fee depending on the project circumstances. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost, DivaTime will pay for returning the item back to you anywhere within the USA. Negligent, careless or intentional misuse of your Diva purchase will not be covered at anytime.
